16" Wheel n Tire Hell

I have 16" spoked wheels on my moza jr that are trashed.
Front: 16 X 2.75 Rear: 16 X 3.25
I would love to get new wheels or re-chrome the old ones but it's not really in the budget. My only other thought is to polish the hubs (will come out nice) and powdercoat the wheels- but I need new spokes..... any sugestions?????
I also could not find tires, except for some cheapy IRC's and they are on backorder from my supplier until November, ouch.......

The tires might take some effort to find. Maybe Steve has some ideas.
