Hi everyone!

Post by Brooky »

Hi there. I'm Brooky from North Devon in the UK. I have a 1974 250 Desmo single. She's all nice and minty. Not been used in a while and I'm in the process of getting her all legal and working properly. Had to have the clutch off to seperate all the plates that had stuck together. Buit the job went well and she's all back together now. Hopefully I've attached a photo.

Hi Ralph,

Regrettably I won't be able to make that event. I have to work weekends due to the nature of my work so I don't get out much at all really, but I do intend to use the bike more regularly than I have so far. There are some super roads round here that the little Duke will love. Looking forward to giving her a shakedown!

Wow! Just been out for a 20 mile blast after getting her MOT tested and taxed this morning. Blue sky from edge to edge, twisty road and pattern Conti barking out loud and clean. Kept her buzzing at 5-7000 rpm, playing tunes on the gearbox. Just awesome! I always get off this bike with my hands shaking (and a bit numb) from the adrenalin rush. What a blast!
Took some more photos in the sunshine.....

That's an absolutely delicious-loking bike... Wish I could join you in the sun on my 1974 450. Sun's in short supply just now down here. We'd make the most beaut noises, both at 5-7000 rpm...

Cheers!

Thanks Steve.

Had a look at your instructions, down loaded picaso, uploaded pics of my ducati, then i couldn't find any where that said similar to url number or what ever it was that I needed to quote before i added them to one of these messages.
BTW did you get my email with the pic of my Ducati??

regards

Ian
