Dell'Orto phm40 w/ hot Cams, and standard 86mm bore 78darmah

I have upgraded to Dell'Orto phm40 carbies on my 1978 Ducati darmah, and need some help in adjusting them, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Not worried about my idle being at 1000rpm, 1500-2000rpm is fine just need mid-range and throttle respond as I have a performance Vee Two cams...
Needle notches position?, jets # sizes? float height? how many turns on mixture screw??? anything will help..
