Hi...

I've seen two versions of these mounts, mostly the same, but with a different shape of eyelet at the bottom. One is round, one is oval.

I'm guessing the round eyelet is early, for reflectors, and the oval version is later, for turn signals.

Anybody know? For SURE??

Hi Joe,

the ones with the oval fixation is for the very early bikes, around 500 in total. So, all the sandcast GT's had these and some more. The later models had the round fixings and the same ones were used also on the 860GTS
