I`ve been reading, with a lot of pleasure & intrest, the DIOC magazines. I wondered what had happened to it, & its creator Joel Gonzalez?

I thought it was started by Joel Eliel.

When it was started his name on the news letter was Joel Eliel but in issue 36 he said `I am using my full name rather than my pen name, call me Joel Eliel Gonzalez`. Anyway, just out of curiosity, is he still involved with Ducatis & does the DIOC still exist?
