hi i need an ignition stator for a 78 bevel its a 6 wire unit red green and white wires thanks any help oc0916@aol.com

Gerry, Best of luck on your request. The stators were junk when new! I used to carry an extra when I was racing my 900 I had two new out of the box stators take a dump each within 15 min. of use. Your best bet would be to fit the ign. syst. that Steve has listed on this site. I've had a Lucas Rita system on my 900 for the past 25 yrs. and it works ok but it is kind of crude compared to the system that Steve lists. The only drawback is the expense,but a running Bevel is always worth it.
