(For future reference, it always helps if you say who you've already tried ...
1. Andy Jones at Mdina.
2. Tony Brancato at Brancato Engineering.
3. Any competent auto electrician should be able to fashion you some up, using suitable blanks. Now, finding such a 'competent auto-electrican' can be a challenge
Btw, in case you get asked, it's a standard Magneti Marelli unit, reference MT 65B. (And it may, in origin, actually be a Lucas unit 'cos MM took over much of Lucas' operations in the 1970s). However, there seems to be some doubt as to whether Magneti Marelli has a presence in the UK or not ... and if they do, exactly what they can offer.
But try:
Magneti Marelli After Market Ltd
Shaftmoor Lane, Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 8SW.

Well it is a fine line between providing a service to the [Ducati] community to help out, and being a pimp and directing everyone to buy [only] from me.....
But I do try to find a balance.
and yes we ship worldwide, all the time..........
