instrument bracket bolts

Hey Guys,
I stripped my darmah back about 3 years ago and am slowly putting it back together with insufficient memory and photographs so need a little help.
To bolt the instrument bracket back on does it bolt to the underside of the top triple tree using M8 X 16 bolts(and are these hex head bolts?)

M8x25 hex bolts I think.
