Valve shim cleanance 74 sport

Like everything else i seem to find regarding my 74 sport, there is conflict in the literature I've found.
Ive found reference for .1 mm on both intake and exhaust and I've found .1 for intake and .15 for exhaust. I've also head that some people like to run them with a bit more clearance then spec.
Any definitive spec to follow? how far outside that range is acceptable?
