You know my last engine I had done up by Ron Young , this time round as I was only parting one I had decided to have a go myself , well being a mechanic how had could it be right LOL ! So spanners in hand and away I go, I still went through the motion of setting it correctly in case I ever wanted to do an engine up for myself, Alternator cover off and what do you know it a new rewind cool I'll keep that, next I lined up the bevel gears marks ,off with the top bevel covers and off with the heads, simple as I had done it before for some leaking "O"rings , off to the other side off with the clutch cover and starter ,clutch drum etc etc
Now the sprag clutch had me buggered , now where was that sliding hammer and do you think I could find it Nope, HMMM what next yep that will do it removed the right case and suspended the left case yep you got it good old "Milk crate" ((as we have another member here that tends to put them to good use I thought I'll have a go at that LOL )) and with a soft face hammer tapped the end of the crank and pop out she came dropping the crank in a stack of old rags
3 hours I think it tool all up to have everything apart now to the fun bit and yes I should have done this when the engine was still together ,you try to remove the Cam locking bolt and see how much fun you can have trying to get it off

HAHAHA Parts anyone

Cheers
