Please can anyone help i need a 43tooth first gear with 12 teeth on the kicstart ratchet Ducati part number 0603.16.200 Mike

Who have you tried? For example, I see Andy Nienhagen has them listed, go http://www.desmo.net/pricelist.htm.
And Phil Hiitchcock at Road and Race is always a good source for this kinda stuff. Go http://www.roadandrace.com.au/cat16.htm. Like he says, "Huge range of gears, bevel sets, bearings and other engine parts - far too many to list - CALL."
