i'm looking for basket case or restoration project - i've been building guzzi loopframes for a while, and would like to try my hand at something sportier...

I have a darmah basket case for sale. It is complete but the motor is out and in a box, everything else there. Engine has side covers off, bits in a box - in other words, the engine is all togehter except for the side covers being off, and clutch basket bits in a box. top end new, bottom end new but was not shimmed correctly so when hot it doesn;t shift easilly. needs disassemble and reassembly done correctly. Contact me for details & photos - reasonable $$ will get you this. Bike is in california near san francisco, I can arrange shiping door to door within the USA for $500
