Wanted - 1977 900SS side stand

The old man wants a side stand for the 900SS - I know, I groaned as well.

He says it would be easier for his old body to get the thing off the stand.

I recall seeing one on a bike Steve had on the site some time ago so I guess such a part exists. I see the frame has the lugs present to bolt the thing on.

Does any one have one for sale. Please post or PM me.

Assuming the SS uses the same stand as fitted to the 860GT they do come up for sale occasionally on Ebay. I had one fitted for a very short time when I had an 860 and they are useless. I can almost guarantee that sooner rather than later the bike will fall off the stand.
