Just got my 160 back from the shop. My 300 buck bike now has a fully rebuilt engine and is now my 3k bike :/ it starts on the first kick, but hates idling and spits and coughs fuel out the carb at lower rpms. Any ideas what's going on?

I was wondering if anyone has an original frame tag or knows how to stamp them? I know the engine/frame numbers, year, and cylinder size, but I need to know the 2 weights to stamp in. I believe they are the bike weight and the capacity it can carry? Also the first blank is for vehicle type? What ...
