Even if it doesn't smoke when running ?, puffs a little at start. Seals are new, guides ???? Didn't have them measured when they where gone thru that we know, but I would assume the shop would check that.

.FYI: we tested all lead with the wire disconnected. So there is no confusion that when we turned the ignition on and off. This was something we did in-between tests and retest. not during the tests.

Also Why would the horzontal cylider plug be rich (black) with oil ? Where would oil come from ?

Why would the front spark plug look black and oil fouled no matter how it is jetted ? We have tried everything and the front cylinder plug always comes out black, look oily ? Where would oil come in from ?

Any thought on this causing vibration ? Somehow I don't think it will, uneven engagement may cause the clutch to wear funny ?

Oh you didn't mention that you have 5 HD springs & one stock spring and it made no difference where the stock one was located it still worked cocked.
