I have a 1982 sd900 and while replacing the fuse box I have this red box next too it, I have tried to research it and haven’t found much info except its called an ignition inducer box.
Can someone explain what it actually does.

my bike has the same symptoms and i have tried everything to get it to run leaner at idle

the rear cylinder gets hotter so you can use a colder plug
