All the spacers and bushings appear to be correct and match the manuals I have. The cush looks OK but maybe I should give it a more critical look. While the bike is a daily/weekly driver it doesn't have a lot of miles on it, still under 20K.

Broken Sprocket bolts

My (78) Darmah keeps breaking the sprocket to carrier bolts. Its not that they break weekly but I certainly have to replace 1 or 2 a year. The bolt that just broke is a Grade 5. I also have them safety wired as the stock sprocket lock tab brackets got wiped out by previous broken bolts and I figured ...

Thanks Steve! I have opened up and all ready to pull the parts out but wanted some reassurance on how to get the Rods and Balls out properly.
I have the new pieces (from that excellent priced little kit you sell) ready to install along with a new cable. Thanks again!

How do I get all the rods and ball bearings out of the assembly?? Should I just pull the adjusting rod and push all the parts through (and out the clutch lever side?)
