They do exist but not as a "ducati" part.
BMW R100s '81+ rear master cylinder is 14mm by Brembo, and as BMW has a repuation for having all parts for all bikes made then you should be able to get a rebuild kit from a BMW dealer.

Err, well there is no lock and key for the seat on a Pantah...
All the other parts are available from Gowanlochs, don't be afraid of them being in Oz, Aus Post is very good (probably cheaper and quicker than US Postal Service) and they do pride themselves in having the largest range of bevel and ...

For the speedo try either Gowanlochs (Belmore, Sydney, Oz) or Road and Race (Berkely Vale, NSW).
The dash surround is unique to the 650SL and is not available at all anywhere, however you could borrow mine to mould as it will be quite a while before it actually ends up on a completed bike.

also fitted to '88/'89 900SS, has the slave cylinder within the cover.
This is for the dry clutch 650 Allys or F1s and has HC embossed on it.
